TRUCKS POWER LLC ("Trucks Power", "we") repairs vehicles and motorcycles, sells parts, carries freight, rents premises and repairs computers. This policy explains the personal data involved in each activity and how we protect it, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Workshop customers
We record your name, phone, company, VIN, registration number, odometer reading, work performed and parts fitted. Diagnostics may read fault codes and operating data from the vehicle's control units, which we use only to repair the vehicle.
3. Tachographs
When we check or repair a tachograph, we may access driver activity data stored in it. We do not download, copy or keep this data, except where the fleet owner explicitly asks us to download it on their behalf, in which case we hand it over and delete our copy.
4. Freight clients and our drivers
For freight we process shipper and consignee contacts, addresses and transport documents. For our drivers we process employment data, licences, working time records and GPS location of the vehicle during working time.
5. Computer repair
Devices brought for repair may contain personal files. Our technicians access storage only when necessary for the repair and with your permission, do not copy files, and never inspect content unrelated to the fault. Before handing over a device, you can ask us to back up or securely wipe it. Devices not collected within 90 days are handled as described in the repair receipt, with storage erased before any disposal.
6. Parts and moto customers, tenants
We process contacts, order and invoice data for parts and motorcycle customers, and lease and payment records for tenants of our premises.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, transport, employment), legitimate interests (vehicle and cargo security, warranty), and consent where requested.
8. Recipients
Parts suppliers and manufacturers (vehicle identifiers for parts and warranty), insurers, consignees, tax and labour authorities, our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Service records: 5 years after the last visit.
- Freight documents: as required by tax and transport law.
- GPS data: 12 months.
- Computer repair receipts: 1 year; device content is never retained.
- Leases: term plus 3 years.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
